Pakistan is data enriched and there is also lot of research undergoing around and important fact is this that most of research is being done duplicate. The Population Policy of Pakistan was not fully implemented without focusing on the inclusiveness in terms of different stakeholders. In result the, Pakistan failed to achieve its policy objectives. There is almost 50 years research on fertility in Pakistan but still no concrete policy guidelines developed and adopted. There is a strong need to revitalise the research direction while integrating the other dimensions of population like Human Development through economic revitalisation and demographic bonus.
